Ryan started his path in the construction industry by working for his father and then for other contractors and builders. In 1998, Ryan decided it was time to start a new endeavor, he became a Builder/Contractor and owner for Oakes Construction, Inc. Ryan obtained his Contractors license in 1998 and has been doing general contracting and subcontracting with his company.
